- Steps to Order Community Provider Services (Lessons/Courses) for Learners:
1. Submit your request through this platform no later than 7 business days before the course begins.
2. Your EF will review the course details and forward them to the Community Providers department for final approval. You will be emailed an Order Agreement once this submission occurs. Please reach out to your EF if you haven’t received this agreement within 3 days of your form submission.
3. Upon approval, the Community Providers department issues a purchase order. Wait to start services until the provider confirms the purchase order is approved in their OPS billing account..
4. Following the learner’s participation and course completion, the provider will invoice for payment after services are fully rendered.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:
- Parents are responsible for all charges if a learner attends a class before a purchase order is approved.
- Provider payments are strictly for instruction occurring during active iLEAD enrollment. If a student is withdrawn before an order is completed, parents must cover any resulting provider fees or payments per that provider’s policies.policies) if they choose to withdraw before the order is fulfilled.
- In special circumstances, a refund may be necessary. All funds must be returned to the school.
- Instructional funds pay for courses/lessons/classes related to direct instruction, but they do not cover testing or assessment fees.
